1. Definitions

"The company" refers to Star Disposable Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates. "The customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing goods from the company. "Goods" refers to any disposable products supplied by the company. "Contract" refers to the purchase agreement for goods. "Conditions" refer to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed via the website, phone, or in person at our shop. All orders are subject to availability. Customers are required to collect their products directly from our shop at the agreed time.

3. Collection of Products

Customers must collect purchased products from our shop. We do not provide delivery services. Please ensure to check goods upon collection and report any shortages or defects immediately.

4. Payment

Payments are accepted in cash or card at the shop during collection. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment at the time of collection.

5. Risk & Property

All risks pass to the customer upon collection. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment is made at the shop.

6. Warranties

Goods are guaranteed to comply with relevant UK legislation and be free from defects for their shelf-life. The company is not liable for delays or issues beyond its control.

7. Online Security

Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. The company will not share customer details with third parties for unsolicited marketing.

8. General

Abusive behavior is not tolerated. The company may record calls for training. Children must be accompanied by an adult on premises. Smoking and animals (except guide dogs) are not permitted.
